You can book all of our services online by clicking in one of the boxes below. You can also purchase gift certificates and packages. This is a new system and you will need to create an account with your current email. It will automatically link your account to the old one. 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment/class. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment/class. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment/class. If we are able to book a client during your original appointment time, a cancellation fee will not be charged. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment/class.
If you either forget or consciously choose to forgo your appointment/class for whatever reason, you will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged for the full amount of your “missed” appointment/class.
Massage Therapy/Cryosauna Appointments: If you arrive late for massage, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Fitness/Yoga Class: If you arrive more than 5 minutes late to a yoga class, you will be considered a no-show and unable to enter the class as it will disrupt the other students in class. Please note that if you do not arrive by the time class begins, your spot may be given to a waitlist or walk-in client and you will be unable to enter class.
We require you to pay in full when signing up. There will be no refunds issued; however, if you cancel 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled workshop, you will receive credit for the full amount on your Synergy account.
On occasion, it may become necessary for Synergy to cancel or reschedule your appointment/class due to therapist/instructor illness or low enrollment in classes or workshops. We will do our best to give you as much notice as possible and work with you to reschedule accordingly.
